Se um afiliado do Kokumin Kenkou Hoken ou do Kouki Koureisha Iryou Seido teve que faltar no trabalho devido a contaminacao pelo COVID-19, e corresponde a determinados requisitos, fornecemos o Shoubyou Teate (auxilio doenca).
Estenderemos o prazo alvo da aplicacao do pagamento do auxilio doenca como segue abaixo.:
Periodo: Dias em que nao pode trabalhar no periodo de 1 de janeiro de 2020 a 31 de marco de 2022.

特殊詐欺被害発生！
昨日（２月１日）、市役所職員を騙った犯人が「還付金がある」と電話をしてＡＴＭに誘導し、現金約５０万円を振り込ませる還付金詐欺被害がありました。
ＡＴＭで還付金や過払金は受け取れません。
被害を防ぐためには、「電話機を常に留守番電話設定にしておくこと」が最も有効です。
不審な電話があれば、すぐに警察に相談してください。ご家族やご近所の方にも注意を呼びかけてください。

In Nagahama City, welfare medical expenses vouchers (commonly known as "Marufuku") are issued to children before entering elementary school (until the first of March 31 after reaching the age of 6).
It subsidizes medical expenses for hospitals, clinics, dispensing medicine, etc. In Shiga prefecture, if you show your health insurance card and Marufuku at the counter of a medical institution, you will not be charged for the insurance medical treatment.

Eligible: Children who have a resident card in Nagahama City and have health insurance (National Health Insurance in Nagahama City, workplace health insurance)

本日（２月１日）、長浜市内において市役所職員をかたる詐欺の予兆電話がかかっています。
この手口では、「還付金がある」と電話をして、ＡＴＭへ誘導します。

Ya realizo el tramite para el Marufuku？
En nagahama emitimos el Marufuku (carton del Sistema de Asistencia Social a traves del subsidio de gastos medicos) para los ninos hasta antes de ingresar al Shougakkou (hasta el primer 31 de marzo despues de cumplir 6 anos).
Al presentar en la ventanilla de la institucion medica, el Marufuku junto con la tarjeta de seguro de salud, la tarifa a cargo del paciente con relacion al gasto medico cubierto por el seguro, hospital, clinica, medicamento por receta, etc., no se cobrara.
Las personas que ann no hayan realizado el tramite, por favor comparecer en el Hoken Nenkinka, en el Hokubu Shinkoukyoku Kurashi Madoguchika o en cada sucursal de la municipalidad.
Publico objetivo: ninos inscritos en el seguro de salud (Seguro nacional de salud (Kokumin Kenkou Hoken) o en el seguro de la empresa (Shakai hoken)) y tenga la direccion en Nagahama.
Traer: carton de seguro de salud del nino, Boshi Techou (libreta materno-infantil) y documento de identificacion de la persona que realizara el tramite.
★Si la persona que venga a la ventanilla es de otra unidad familiar, le pueden solicitar un poder.

Em Nagahama, emitimos o Marufuku (cartao do Sistema de assistencia social atraves do subsidio da despesa medica) para criancas ate antes de ingressar no Shougakkou (ate o primeiro 31 de marco apos completar 6 anos).
Ao apresentar no guiche da instituicao medica, o Marufuku juntamente com a cartao do seguro de saude, a quota a ser arcada pelo paciente referente a despesa medica coberta pelo seguro, de hospital, clinica, medicamento por prescricao, etc., nao sera cobrada.
As pessoas que ainda nao realizaram o tramite, favor comparecer no Hoken Nenkinka da Prefeitura, no Hokubu Shinkoukyoku Kurashi Madoguchika ou nas subprefeituras.
Publico-alvo: Crianca inscrita em seguro de saude (Kokumin Hoken de Nagahama ou Seguro de saude da empresa) e possui endereco em Nagahama.
Trazer: cartao do seguro de saude da crianca, Boshi Techou (caderneta materno-infantil) e um documento de identificacao da pessoa que realizara o tramite.
