Ocorrencia de golpe de reembolso!
Ontem, 4 de abril (qui), uma pessoa recebeu um telefonema dizendo ser funcionario do Zeimusho de Nagahama (Escritorio da Receita Nacional) e mencionando: “Ha uma restituicao de imposto. Hoje e o prazo final para o procedimento. Por favor, ligue quando chegar no caixa eletronico.” A pessoa acreditou, manuseou o caixa eletronico conforme as instrucoes do outro lado da linha, e acabou realizando a transferencia do dinheiro. Ja houve dois casos de golpe de reembolso.
Este e um golpe atraves de telefonema, em que o golpista finge ser funcionario do Zeimusho ou instituicao financeira, menciona que [ha reembolso], encaminha a vitima para um caixa eletronico e faz com que realize transferencia para a conta do criminoso.
[Para nao ser vitima]
*Os funcionarios do Zeimusho e de instituicoes financeiras nunca ligarao mencionando a existencia de reembolso.
*Saiba que nao e possivel receber reembolso manuseando caixas eletronicos.
Vamos praticar as regras abaixo e evitar sermos enganados:
Configure seu telefone residencial para secretaria eletronica;
Nao use seu celular em caixas eletronicos;
Nao forneca seu cartao bancario;
Nao informe seu numero PIN;
Mantenha seu telefone residencial configurado em secretaria eletronica.

（還付金詐欺の発生！）
Occurrence of Refund fraud
Yesterday, April 4th (Thursday), a man received a phone call from a person pretending to be from the tax office in Nagahama City saying, ``You have a tax refund. Today is the deadline for the procedure. Please call me when you arrive at the ATM.'' There have been two cases of refund fraud in which a person who believed the above operation operated an ATM as instructed over the phone by the man on the other end and ended up transferring cash.
This phone call pretends to be an employee of a tax office or financial institution, saying things like ``You have a refund'' and tricking the victim into going to an ATM and having them transfer money to the criminal's account.
[To avoid becoming a victim]
Tax office staff or financial institution staff will never call you and say, ``You have a refund.''
You cannot receive refunds at ATMs.
Let's practice the "3 rules + 1" to avoid being deceived.
〇 Set your home phone to answering machine
〇Do not use your cell phone at an ATM
〇Do not give your cash card + Do not tell your PIN number

（還付金詐欺の発生）
昨日４月４日（木)、長浜市内において税務署を騙る男から「税金の還付があります。今日が手続きの期限です。ＡＴＭに着いたら電話をして下さい。」などといった電話があり、これを信じた方が相手の男から電話で指示されたとおりにＡＴＭを操作した結果、現金を振込入金してしまうという還付金詐欺が２件も発生しています。
この電話は、税務署や金融機関の職員などを装って「還付金がある」などと言ってＡＴＭに誘導して犯人側の口座に送金させる手口です。
【被害に遭わないために】
税務署職員や金融機関の職員が「還付金がある」などと電話をすることはありません。
ＡＴＭで還付金を受け取ることはできません。
だまされないための「３つの決め事＋１」を実践しましょう。
〇自宅の電話を留守番設定に
〇ＡＴＭで携帯電話を使わない
〇キャッシュカードを渡さない ＋ 暗証番号を教えない
・自宅の電話機を常に留守番電話設定にしてください。
